ASE Electronics Malaysia in Penang seeks a fresh graduate with a Bachelor of Science or Engineering to join our NPI team, collaborating with Design & Engineering to define new product requirements.

You will engage with customers on NPI builds, plan schedules to meet committed timelines, and coordinate cross‑functional activities across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with degree in Science or Engineering.
• NPI and Project Management experiences, familiar with semiconductor processes.
• Ability to engage with customers and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage new product Qual/Eng till HVM.
• Handling New Product Design and Process Characterization
• Prepare and Setup new BAS and Process Flow
• Plan NPI build schedule to meet the committed timeline
• Monitor and qualify NPI build within acceptable criteria prior to HVM
• Qual report compilation
• APQP preparation
• Interface/coordinate with internal & external for all aspects of NPI build related activities.
• Leading and directing cross functional teams.
