Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year engineering, process or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Open to shift work, OT and weekend duties.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Improve production quality, yield and output through process control.
• Implement monitoring techniques to track process performance.
• Provide technical support to production teams.
• Maintain equipment in good working order through regular checks.
• Assist with new process setup and studies.
• Gather process data and report to process engineer.
• Identify deviations and take corrective actions.

Support Engineer role focused on improving production quality, yield and output through implementation of process control and monitoring techniques. The role involves providing technical support to production, maintaining equipment in good working order, and ensuring process parameters are strictly followed with close adherence to internal SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Improve production quality yield and output
• Implement process control and monitoring techniques
• Execute and complete the Engineer's planning
• Provide technical support to production
• Keep equipment in good working order through regular inspection, cleaning, servicing and maintenance
• Support engineer for new process setup and conduct study
• Gather data from process and report it to process engineer
• Identify and troubleshoot when the process is deviating from the norm and take action to correct it
• Assist NPI engineer to maintain a highly optimized process
• Document routine manufacturing processes

About you

• Preferable with 1 year's engineering, process or manufacturing working experience
• Willing to work on shift, support OT and work in weekend
• Work independently and have problem solving skills
