Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a mechanical engineer to manage product development and NPI programs in the Engineering department, providing support to other departments to improve processes and solutions.

You will prepare BOMs, manufacturing instructions, work instructions and other documents for new product processes, liaise with vendors and customers, design jigs, implement 5S and ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and carry out assigned tasks to drive company growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Able to work independently on identifying, planning, executing, reviewing and driving projects and delivering the intended results that aligning with the Company’s growth direction.
• Strong Coordinating Skills to Communicate well with different department, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence other functional groups to achieve desired results.
• AutoCAD, Solid Work, MS Office.
• Knowledge on BOM, RFQ, PFMEA required.
• Knowledge in assembly jig & equipment and designing field for new process in contract manufacturing field.
