Job summary

Scicom MSC Berhad in Klang Valley seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide daily technical assistance for end-users across desktops, telephones, printers, and AV systems. On-site and remote support, plus ticketing, are required.

Applicants should have strong English communication, Windows and MacOS proficiency, VOIP experience, and knowledge of AD/O365 and basic networking. On-call duties ensure 24/7 support on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
Strong English communication and customer service skills.
Experience supporting desktops, printers, and AV systems.
Familiarity with Windows and OS X, VOIP, and network basics.
Experience using ticket-based incident systems.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for end users across desktop, telephony, printers, and AV systems.
Support Windows and MacOS environments; troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Diagnose and resolve computer and network problems promptly to meet SLA.
Assist field personnel with remote communications and connectivity.
Manage phone systems and execute on-site support as needed.
Follow escalation processes for 24/7 support on weekdays and weekends.
Organize workflow to meet established timeframes and maintain knowledge of policies.
