Job summary

Telecontinent Sdn Bhd is seeking an Onsite IT Support Officer to provide hands-on technical support for computers, printers, networking devices, and software at our Kuala Lumpur locations.

You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, maintain Windows OS, and respond to service requests within SLA. The role requires working a 24/7 shift schedule, four working days with three off days, and attention to asset records and health checks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support or troubleshooting experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, LAN/Wi-Fi, and antivirus tools.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on a 24/7 shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, printers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve basic IT and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, applications, drivers, and updates.
• Respond to IT service requests and incidents within agreed SLA.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic health checks on IT equipment.
• Maintain service reports, repair logs, and asset records.
