Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree holder in IT related disciplines.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Knowledge of IP networks, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with ticket-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Voice system and related software.
• Support SCICOM's LAN/WAN and Internet infrastructure.
• Ensure continuous business operation.
• Perform installation and maintenance of networks and security equipment.
• Consult with staff to resolve network and security issues.
• Handle project planning and implementation.
