Job summary

Scicom MSC Berhad is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to provide O&M support for overseas business systems. You will monitor, maintain, and optimize application systems, and coordinate with business users, IT teams and vendors to resolve issues.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, strong troubleshooting, and fluency in English and Mandarin. It offers a competitive salary in RM and a structure including leave and medical benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience in IT operations, application support, or system maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment
Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide operations and maintenance support for overseas business systems
Monitor, maintain, and optimize application systems
Resolve end-to-end system and data issues related to sales or business operations
Handle daily IT support tickets and incident management
Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors
Support continuous improvement of system stability and performance
