Job summary
Scicom MSC Berhad is seeking an L1.0 Technical Support professional to deliver technical support and excellent customer service to users and clients. You will handle desktop, laptop and tablet issues, diagnose problems, and provide end-to-end resolution with proactive updates.

Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduate with good communication skills and basic tech handling experience.
- Understanding of desktop, laptop and tablet hardware and technology.
- Technical knowledge with problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- MS Windows OS and Office knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional English communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle technical support requests via calls and digital channels.
- Diagnose issues and provide resolutions or dispatch for service.
- Resolve cases end-to-end and provide timely updates to customers.
