Job summary

Mettler Toledo is seeking personnel for a permanent night shift (8.00pm - 5.00am) in Malaysia to handle shared services activities including contracts, orders and invoicing. The role requires a Diploma/BS/BA in Business Admin, Statistics, Economics, Logistics, or related field and 2–3 years experience in a global shared services environment; English fluency is essential.

You'll manage billing plans, provide confirmations, resolve data discrepancies, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Diploma or BS/BA in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics, or related degree.
Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in a shared services environment (global scope).
Fluent in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate processing of service contracts, orders, and invoicing.
Manage billing plans; prepare and close invoices and proforma invoices on time.
Investigate and resolve data/order errors; communicate with stakeholders.
Address customer inquiries promptly to maintain excellent service.
Provide order and contracts confirmations to customers.
Review documentation and ensure adherence to procedures; schedule work within timeframes.
Achieve KPIs and support cost reduction or process improvement initiatives.
