Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a billing and service-contract specialist to join our global shared services team in Malaysia. You will process service contracts and orders in SAP CRM, manage billing plans, and ensure invoices are completed accurately and on time.

You will address customer inquiries, provide confirmations, collaborate with team leaders across time zones, and contribute to KPI achievement and process improvements while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BS/BA in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics, or related degree
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in shared services environment (global scope)
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other Asian languages an added asset
• A good team player with ability to work cross culture and function.

Responsibilities

• Process service contracts, orders and invoicing in SAP CRM with timely housekeeping
• Manage billing plans and ensure all invoices and proforma invoices are prepared and closed on time
• Investigate and resolve errors or discrepancies in orders or data; coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
• Address customer inquiries and requests promptly to provide excellent service
• Provide order and contracts confirmations to customers
• Receive directions from team leader and schedule work to meet deadlines
• Ensure accuracy and speed of work; review documentation against procedures
• Communicate with teams and team leaders to optimize work completion
• Adhere to company guidelines and policies and achieve KPIs and development plans
• Support service priorities and cost reduction/process improvement initiatives
