Job summary

J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam is seeking a Night Operations Coordinator to monitor and coordinate night-time transportation, resolve driver issues, and ensure on-time deliveries across the network.

You will work with fleet partners and internal teams, report incidents, and adapt to urgent situations. Fresh graduates with a logistics diploma are welcome; minimum 1–2 years in logistics preferred; night shift and six days a week required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, fleet or dispatch operations.
• Experience in team coordination and operational issue handling is preferred.
• Experience handling drivers, vehicle breakdowns, delays and operational abnormalities is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent situations.
• Willing to work night shift and 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate night-time transportation operations.
• Handle driver-related issues, including no-show, late departure, route issues and other abnormalities.
• Coordinate and follow up on vehicle breakdowns and replacement arrangements.
• Monitor trip status and follow up on delayed or incomplete trips.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure smooth and timely trip completion.
• Notify customers and relevant teams regarding delivery delays or operational issues.
• Coordinate with fleet partners and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Handle urgent operational matters and provide timely solutions to minimize service disruptions.
• Record and report major incidents, driver issues and operational abnormalities.
• Ensure smooth and continuous night operations.
