Job summary

KFS in Port Klang, Malaysia, is seeking a Haulage Operation Coordinator to join our on-site team. You will monitor daily driver movements, plan routes, and ensure timely deliveries while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

The role requires SPM or diploma, basic IT skills, and the ability to start immediately and work night shifts. Candidates possessing logistics experience and own transport will have an advantage. RM2,000–RM3,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Diploma in Logistics or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in haulage, transportation or logistics operations preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, email).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must possess own transportation.
• Able to start work immediately and working night shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily driver movements.
• Plan and schedule driver routes based on job assignments.
• Ensure drivers follow planned routes and meet delivery timelines.
• Liaise with customers on job schedules, updates, and any changes.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues professionally.
• Execute daily operational plans in coordination with superiors and colleagues.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely execution of delivery orders.
• Handle basic customs declarations and forms related to container haulage.
• Liaise with customs agents or port officers when required.
