The position is full-time with a rotational shift pattern (morning, noon, and night). Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of safety experience and a proven ability to manage documentation and training while collaborating with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar safety or occupational health and safety role.
• Familiarity with Malaysian safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOSH).
• Able to work rotational shifts (including morning, noon and night shift).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to safety management.

Responsibilities

• Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a strong safety culture
• Investigating accidents and incidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on safety performance metrics
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and find innovative solutions
• Staying up-to-date with relevant health and safety regulations and best practices
