Job summary

Austin Leisure Sdn Bhd is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile daily transactions and complete end-of-day procedures for management review. This role provides overnight front desk coverage, handles guest inquiries, and serves as the on-site contact for safety and security during the night shift.

The position requires a Diploma/Degree in hospitality-related fields, 1-3 years in a hotel, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Customer Service, Hotel Management or related field.
• 1-3 years experience in hotel.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of hospitality laws and agreements.
• Able to work weekends or public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests, handle reservations, respond to inquiries, and assist with special requests or VIP arrivals, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience throughout the night shift.
• Reconcile daily financial transactions, balance cash drawers, process invoices, verify room charges, and prepare end-of-day reports for management.
• Maintain room status updates in coordination with housekeeping, monitor hotel systems, run daily flash and morning reports, and ensure all point-of-sale and property management systems are accurate and operational.
• Serve as a liaison between departments, report discrepancies, and provide updates to management on overnight activities
