Austin Leisure Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced housekeeping leader to oversee room cleaning, public areas and laundry. You will ensure efficient front desk interplay and high guest care across shifts in a hotel setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in hotel operations with supervisory experience, strong English communication skills, and a Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in hotel operations with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee housekeeping operations including cleaning and laundry.
• Develop and implement policies and standards.
• Lead and mentor staff to meet performance targets.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness.
• Manage budgets, staffing costs, supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance and Management.
• Prepare reports on performance, occupancy and staffing.
• Respond to guest complaints and coordinate swift resolutions.
