Austin Leisure Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Front Office Associate to manage guest interactions and hotel operations at our Johor Bahru property. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, reservations, room assignments, and inform guests about hotel services and local attractions.

This role requires 2-3 years in customer service, with preferable experience in hospitality. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to deliver smooth guest experiences and support event hosting

Qualifications

• SPM/SPMV/SKM/STPM or Diploma in any discipline.
• Diploma in Hotel Management or Tourism Management is an advantage.
• 2-3 years in customer service; hotel industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out
• Receive and manage reservations made online and telephonically
• Assign rooms to guests and inform them of specials
• Provide guests with information about the hotel
• Keep abreast of local attractions for guests
• Serve as a host at conferences and ensure event preparations are made
