Job summary

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Duty Manager (Night) to oversee the Front Office during the overnight shift in line with Hyatt standards. You will support the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager, serve as the night-time point of contact for guests and emergencies, and lead the Front Office team to ensure seamless service and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizens or permanent residents only.
• Degree/diploma in hospitality/hotel management preferred.
• Experience as Night Manager or Duty Manager in luxury hotels is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Front Office operations including Front Desk and guest relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills to handle high-pressure situations, resolve conflicts and guest complaints.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient operation of the Front Office during the night shift.
• Support the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in overnight operations.
• Be the primary contact during the night for guest concerns, service recovery, and emergencies.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Front Office team.
• Maintain operational standards, ensuring guest and associate safety.
• Oversee night audit and related administrative duties.
