Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel/Tourism Management or related field.
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or similar large establishments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; local language may be required.
• Strong attention to detail and a pleasant work attitude.
• Demonstrated teamwork and ability to motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Hotel Managers.
• Deliver exceptional guest service across front office and F&B areas.
• Supervise House Hosts and daily briefings with guest feedback and NPS targets.
• Engage with guests to ensure brand promise and memorable stay.
