Job summary

Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Jalil, is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team and oversee guest arrivals, departures, reservations coordination, guest services, front desk operations and rooms-related service delivery—with the aim of ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and strong operational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front Office teams (Reception, Guest Services, Concierge, Bell Services).
• 2+ years in a supervisory/management role in Front Office or Rooms Division.
• Experience with international hotel chains (>230 rooms) preferred.
• Pre-opening experience is advantageous.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office team and oversee guest arrivals/departures, reservations, guest services, front desk operations and rooms-related service delivery.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to deliver seamless guest journeys.
• Utilize hotel systems (PMS/FO/POS) to drive informed decision-making and efficient operations.
