Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Duty Manager to join the Front Office team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. You will manage staff during shifts and act as the main contact when senior management is unavailable, reporting to the Front Office Manager.

The role requires ownership of the premises during shifts, maintaining standards, and proactive problem-solving to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest complaints diligently and professionally with feedback to guests.
• Follow up on special requests from guests as per Front Office Manager instructions.
• Responsible for the night audit process.
• Organize monthly Duty Manager’s meeting with Front Office Manager to discuss operational matters.
