Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a proactive Account Manager to handle new accounts, establish strong customer relationships, and support business with automation solutions for medical, life science, printers, and semiconductor industries.

Candidates should have relevant engineering or business qualifications, at least two years in automation, and the ability to engage with multinational customers; the company offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have either a Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2+ years experience in automation machines is an advantage.
• Experience interacting with customers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all activities of new accounts.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Familiar with automation machine business in medical / life science / printer / semiconductor industries.
• Knowledge in automation equipment in these industries is an added advantage.
• Other duties as assigned by superiors.
• Comply with ISO requirements and safety practices; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Update spare status at customer systems and follow delivery schedules.
