Job summary

Scicom (MSC) Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Network/Operation and Maintenance Junior Engineer to configure and customize the RR Customer Engagement platform and manage solution layers across environments. You will assist in on-call rotations and engage with customers to resolve technical issues.

The role offers an attractive RM 4,500 to RM 6,000 monthly, with a performance bonus for confirmed staff, plus 15 days annual leave, 14 days medical leave, and medical/hospitalization coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring RR Customer Engagement platform.
• Hands-on experience with Managed Solution Import/Export and managing solution layers.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and resolve issues.
• Willingness to provide on-call support and holiday coverage.

Network/Operation and Maintenance Junior Engineer

The Responsibilities of the Role:

• Platform Configuration: Actively configure and customize all functions within the RR Customer Engagement online platform based on business needs.
• Solution Management: Handle Managed Solution Import/Export processes and carefully manage solution layers across environments.
• Customer Issue Resolution: Communicate directly and effectively with customers to understand problems and drive technical issues to a swift resolution.
• On-Call Operations: Participate in on-call support rotations and provide special technical support during holidays as required by the business.

The Requirement for the Role:

• Strong experience with the RR Customer Engagement online platform, including the ability to configure and customize all functions of the system.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Managed Solution Import/Export and solution layers.
• Excellent customer service, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and take a driven approach to resolving their issues.
• Willingness and availability to provide on-call support and special support on holidays.
