Job summary

Scicom (MSC) Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Network/Operation and Maintenance Junior Engineer to configure and customize the RR Customer Engagement platform and manage solution layers across environments. You will assist in on-call rotations and engage with customers to resolve technical issues.

The role offers an attractive RM 4,500 to RM 6,000 monthly, with a performance bonus for confirmed staff, plus 15 days annual leave, 14 days medical leave, and medical/hospitalization coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring RR Customer Engagement platform.
• Hands-on experience with Managed Solution Import/Export and managing solution layers.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and resolve issues.
• Willingness to provide on-call support and holiday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize all functions within the RR Customer Engagement platform.
• Handle Managed Solution Import/Export and manage solution layers across environments.
• Communicate with customers to understand problems and drive issue resolution.
• Participate in on-call support rotations and provide special support during holidays.
