Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Experience in IT operations, system monitoring and meeting SLA targets.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
• Proficient in maintaining and optimizing ELK stack for log analysis.
• Familiar with SpringBoot apps; able to debug using Java.
• Strong knowledge of RabbitMQ and Kafka middleware.
• Willing to participate in on-call rotations and resolve incidents quickly.
• Fluent in English for daily communication and documentation; Chinese is a plus.

Job description

The Position:

This role is responsible for the daily operations, monitoring, and stability of company business systems. The Intermediate Engineer will maintain ELK log analysis platforms, manage core databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch), and support middleware and SAP systems while strictly meeting SLA targets and participating in incident response.

The Responsibilities of the Role:

• Responsible for the daily operations and monitoring of company business systems to ensure stable performance and meet SLA targets.
• Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the ELK log analysis platform, enabling rapid identification of online issues through log analysis.
• Familiar with and capable of performing daily operations on MySQL / MongoDB / Elasticsearch and other data components.
• Familiar with SpringBoot applications; knowledgeable about RabbitMQ, Kafka, and other middleware; able to locate and debug issues using Java.
• Responsible for the daily operations and operational support of SAP systems.
• Participate in on‑call rotation; respond to and resolve online incidents in a timely manner.
• Candidates must demonstrate fluency in English for daily work communication.

The Requirement for the Role:

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Experience in IT operations, system monitoring, and managing strict SLA targets.
• Hands‑on operational experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch data components.
• Proficiency in maintaining and optimizing the ELK stack for log analysis and issue identification.
• Familiarity with SpringBoot applications and the ability to locate and debug issues using Java.
• Solid knowledge of middleware technologies, specifically RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rotations and strong capability to resolve online incidents rapidly.
• Fluent in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing) for daily communication and documentation, if know Chinese will as plus.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with the daily operations and support of SAP systems.
