Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Manager - Network Development to drive the expansion and improvement of our commercial vehicle dealer network. You will recruit, onboard, and support dealers while coordinating branch relocation and new setups.

The role requires 5+ years in network or dealer development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proven project management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new dealers based on company requirements and objectives.
• Manage dealer network expansion and development.
• Plan and coordinate branch relocation, renovation and new branch setup.
• Conduct and monitor UDQR assessments to ensure dealer compliance and quality standards.
• Monitor dealer performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Build relationships with dealers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead network-related projects and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Prepare network performance reports and recommend improvement plans.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Network Development Manager to drive the expansion and improvement of our commercial vehicle dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new dealers based on company requirements and business objectives
• Manage dealer network expansion and development
• Plan and coordinate branch relocation, renovation and new branch setup
• Conduct and monitor UDQR assessments to ensure dealer compliance and quality standards
• Monitor dealer performance and identify areas for improvement
• Build strong relationships with dealers, contractors and internal stakeholders
• Lead network-related projects and ensure timely completion within budget
• Prepare network performance reports and recommend improvement plans
• Guide and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Automotive, Engineering, Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Network Development, Dealer Development, Automotive, Commercial Vehicles or related industries
• Experience in branch setup, relocation or renovation projects is an advantage
• Good understanding of dealer standards, compliance and performance management
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Good project management and problem-solving skills
• Candidates with automotive / commercial vehicle / truck industry experience are highly encouraged to apply
