TCIE is seeking a proactive professional to drive and optimize its dealer network in Malaysia. You will lead recruitment, oversee relocation and renovation projects, and coordinate across Sales, Aftersales, Branding, and Finance to ensure alignment with corporate standards.

The role requires 3–5+ years in dealer/network management (automotive preferred) and a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, with strong MS Office skills for reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder; engineering or business administration preferred.
• 3–5+ years of dealer/network management experience, automotive preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Dealer Network Expansion & Recruitment
• Identify potential locations and business partners for dealer network growth
• Assist in evaluating & onboarding new dealers in alignment with corporate standards
• Maintain a comprehensive database of dealer applications, proposals, and progress updates
• Project Coordination & Tracking
• Track all network development projects including new appointments, relocations and terminations
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress to ensure timely execution
• Provide regular updates and reporting on project status to management
• Relocation & renovation Monitoring
• Oversee facility relocation, renovation, and upgrading projects to ensure compliance with brand image and corporate guidelines
• Coordinate site visits, progress inspections, and contractor follow-ups
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to project scopes, budgets, and approvals
• Cross-department coordination
• Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Aftersales, Branding and Finance to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of business objectives
• Support inter-department initiatives related to network operations and performance improvement
• Meeting preparation & presentation support
• Compile and prepare presentation materials, reports and data for monthly management meetings
• Assist in preparing visual aids, analysis charts, and performance dashboards
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all presentation content
