Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fashion or luxury retail.
• Proven ability to drive store KPIs such as conversion, AUR, UPT and client data capture.
• Strong coaching, feedback and succession planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across English, Malay and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including Conversion rate, AUR, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Lead by example; influence team members to complete duties and delegate tasks clearly.
• Develop short- and long-term store strategies; manage store schedule, timecards and payroll.
• Train and coach staff; foster a coaching culture using company materials.
• Network and recruit to ensure bench strength for all store roles; plan succession for management.
• Maintain inventory integrity; conduct regular stock counts and address discrepancies within 48 hours.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with guidelines and delivers an exceptional client experience.
• Collaborate with peers and corporate partners to promote brand goals.
