Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking two hands-on F&B Outlet Managers to lead operations at TTDI and KL City Centre. You will own daily floor operations, drive guest satisfaction, and push sales performance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in F&B management, strong leadership, and mastery of SOPs, rostering, cost control, and service standards. The role offers a clear path to multi-outlet management with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of F&B or hospitality experience, with supervisory or management background.
• Leadership & ownership: High accountability with hands-on management style.
• Operational skills: Knowledge of restaurant SOPs, rostering, cost control, and guest resolution.
• Availability: Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Tech literacy: Comfortable with basic numerical reporting and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening, closing and SOP compliance.
• Ensure service standards, food safety, hygiene and outlet presentation.
• Resolve bottlenecks on the floor and in equipment proactively.
• Engage guests with proactive service and upsell initiatives.
• Lead rostering, coaching, and performance reviews for the team.
• Drive outlet sales and cost-control KPIs.
