Bhd.) is seeking a customer service professional in Kuala Lumpur to handle enquiries and complaints across calls, walk-ins, email, website, and live chat. You will provide clear, accurate information and ensure timely resolution with proper follow-up. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in customer service, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fluency in Mandarin and other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints across multiple channels.
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional information to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure all customer issues are resolved promptly or escalated to the appropriate department with proper follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and campaigns.
• Demonstrate initiative and leadership potential with opportunities to mentor junior team members.
• Prepare monthly customer service reports for management review.
