Job summary

Teleperformance Malaysia seeks a Customer Success Specialist to respond to customer inquiries, manage concerns, and provide accurate information via inbound calls and emails. You will be the primary contact for customers using the client’s online shopping channel, maintaining brand integrity and high service standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma, strong English (B2 level), and at least 6 months in customer support.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• B2 English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Fresh graduates with relevant English-focused degrees are welcome.
• Call centre experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via inbound calls and email.
