Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia is seeking a proactive professional to source prospective clients for secured lending through business alliances such as lawyers, insurers, and real estate agents, and to collaborate with branches to enhance referrals and cross-sales.

You will ensure compliance with responsible selling guidelines, deliver end-to-end application processing, and provide timely pipeline reports. Stay updated on product information and market changes, sharing insights with management.

Qualifications

• Self-compliance with Alliance Bank policies and procedures, including Sales Compliance, KYC, AMLA guidelines.
• Professional appearance and high standard of housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Source prospective clients for secured lending products through business alliances such as lawyers, insurers, real estate agents and other partner-in-sales.
• Collaborate with branches to improve referrals and cross-sales activities.
• Ensure adherence to responsible selling guidelines and structure proposed solutions that meet client’s financial needs.
• Ensure end-to-end application process and submission of sales/pipeline management reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve satisfactory net promoter score.
• Keep abreast with updated product information, market changes and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
