Job summary

Alliance Bank is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to promote mortgage products to potential customers and support ongoing sales initiatives.

The role emphasizes identifying new sales strategies through telesales and mobile activities, coordinating appointments and sales presentations on mortgage and other consumer products, and delivering outstanding service while ensuring accurate submission of applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification with credit in BM, English and Mathematics.
• Experience in customer service environment with strong customer care culture.
• At least 1 year in-depth sales experience in mortgage related business.
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
• Basic spoken and written English language.

Responsibilities

• Promote mortgage products to potential customers.
• Constantly identify new sales strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements i.e. prospecting through telesales & mobile sales activities including cold-callings, attending sales launches / roadshows, referrals & enquiries.
• Participate, plan and support sales activities i.e. marketing visitation / appointment, sales presentations on mortgage and other consumer products.
• Ensure applications forms are duly completed prior to submission.
• Ensure best sales practice and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure all customers enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure no misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes
