Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Sales Prospecting professional to source prospective clients for secured lending through partner networks. The role involves collaborating with branches to boost referrals and cross-sales, while maintaining responsible selling standards and tailoring client solutions.

You will manage end-to-end application processes, prepare pipeline reports, and deliver exceptional service to achieve strong customer satisfaction and feedback for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Source for prospective clients for secured lending products through business alliances such as lawyers, insurance agents, real estate agents and any other partner-in-sales.
• To collaborate and working alongside with branches to improve referrals and cross-sales activities.
• Ensure adherence to responsible selling guideline and structure proposed solution that meets client’s financial needs.
• To ensure the accurate and timely completion of - End-to-end application process
• Submission of sales / pipeline management reports.
• To delivery excellent customer service and achieve satisfactory net promoter score.
• Keeping abreast with updated product information, market changes and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to the management for appropriate action.
