Responsibilities

• Promote mortgage products to potential customers.
• Identify new sales strategies and approaches to increase individual and team achievements (prospecting through telesales & mobile sales activities).
• Participate, plan and support sales activities (marketing visits, appointments, presentations on mortgage and other consumer products).
• Ensure applications forms are duly completed prior to submission.
• Deliver best sales practices and excellent customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Avoid misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes.
