Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia is seeking a Mortgage Sales Advisor to proactively identify and engage with potential customers, assess their financial needs and property goals, and recommend suitable mortgage products.

It involves guiding clients through the mortgage application and approval process, achieving sales targets through lead generation and conversion, and building strong relationships with real estate agents and referral partners while staying updated on market trends and regulatory

Qualifications

• Proven track record in mortgage/financial sales or consultative sales.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
• Customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and property goals
• Evaluate customer financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products and solutions
• Guide customers through the entire mortgage application and approval process
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products and features
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and seamless experience for clients
