RHB Banking Group is seeking a Mortgage Sales Consultant to join the team in Malaysia. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while securing new mortgage business to support growth.

You will engage with a diverse client base and guide them through the home ownership journey. The ideal candidate has proven experience in mortgage sales, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mortgage/financial sales or consultative sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers to understand financial needs and property goals.
• Evaluate customer profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Guide customers through the mortgage application and approval process.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through lead generation and conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, developers, and referral partners.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes and new mortgage products.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth client experience.
