You will guide clients through the full application process, build strong ties with real estate agents and developers, and meet sales targets.

The role requires strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory understanding, and excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in mortgage/financial sales or a similar consultative sales role.
• Strong understanding of mortgage industry, products and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential customers to understand financial needs and property goals.
• Evaluate customer financial profiles and recommend mortgage products and solutions.
• Guide customers through the mortgage application and approval process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through lead generation and conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, developers, and referral partners.
• Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products and features.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth client experience.
