Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum SPM with credits in BM, English and Mathematics.
Experience in customer service with strong customer care culture.
At least 1 year in-depth sales experience in mortgage related business.

Responsibilities

Promote mortgage products to potential customers.
Identify new sales strategies and approaches to increase individual and team achievements (prospecting through telesales & mobile sales activities).
Participate, plan and support sales activities (marketing visits, appointments, presentations on mortgage and other consumer products).
Ensure applications forms are duly completed prior to submission.
Deliver best sales practices and excellent customer service.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
Avoid misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes.
