Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a mortgage sales professional in Subang Jaya to promote mortgage products to potential customers and drive sales through telesales and on-site activities.

You will identify new sales strategies, participate in marketing visits and presentations, and ensure accurate submission of application forms while maintaining high service standards. Fresh grads are welcome and basic English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment is preferred.
• At least 1 year in-depth sales experience in mortgage related business.

Responsibilities

• Promote mortgage products to potential customers.

• Participate, plan and support sales activities i.e. marketing visitation / appointment, sales presentations on mortgage and other consumer products.
• Ensure applications forms are duly completed prior to submission.
• Ensure best sales practice and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure all customers enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
