Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a sales-focused professional to promote mortgage products and drive new customer acquisition. The role emphasizes planning and executing sales activities, presenting mortgage options, and delivering top-tier customer service to ensure prompt handling of enquiries and complaints.

The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service with mortgage sales experience, and basic English language skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment with strong customer care culture.
• At least 1 year in-depth sales experience in mortgage-related business.

Responsibilities

• Promote mortgage products to potential customers.
• Identify new sales strategies through telesales & mobile sales activities including cold calling, roadshows, referrals and enquiries.
• Plan and support sales activities such as marketing visits and sales presentations on mortgage and other consumer products.
• Ensure application forms are completed prior to submission.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly.
• Avoid misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes.

• Promote mortgage products to potential customers
• Constantly identify new sales strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements i.e. prospecting through telesales & mobile sales activities which include cold-callings, attending sales launches / roadshows, referrals & enquiries etc.
• Participate, plan and support sales activities i.e. marketing visitation / appointment, sales presentations on mortgage and other consumer products.
• Ensure applications forms are duly completed prior to submission.
• Ensure best sales practice and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure all customers enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure no misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification with credit in BM, English and Mathematics
• Experience in customer service environment with strong customer care culture
• At least 1 year in-depth sales experience in mortgage related business
