• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential customers to assess financial needs and property goals.
• Evaluate customer profiles and recommend mortgage products.
• Guide customers through mortgage application and approval process.
• Achieve sales targets through lead generation and conversion.
• Build relationships with real estate agents, developers, and referral partners.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products.
• Provide excellent customer service for a smooth client experience.
