Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a mortgage sales professional in Subang Jaya to promote mortgage products to potential customers and drive sales through telesales and on-site activities.

You will identify new sales strategies, participate in marketing visits and presentations, and ensure accurate submission of application forms while maintaining high service standards. Fresh grads are welcome and basic English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment is preferred.
• At least 1 year in-depth sales experience in mortgage related business.
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
• Basic spoken and written English language.
• Awareness of consumer and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Promote mortgage products to potential customers.
• Identify new sales strategies to increase individual and team achievements (telesales & mobile sales, roadshows, referrals).
• Participate, plan and support sales activities (marketing visitation, appointments, presentations).
• Ensure applications forms are completed prior to submission.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries promptly.
• Avoid misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes.
