Job summary

Beacon Hospital Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated professional to support and implement Hospital Information System (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). The role involves analyzing data, coordinating with departments for automation, and liaising with vendors to ensure seamless integration with multiple third-party systems.

The candidate will provide on-site and off-site support, review logs, and install hardware and networking components as required, maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Hospital Information System (HIS) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementations.

Responsibilities

• Involve data mining activities and translate big data into information for management decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement via automation/software.
• Participate in HIS/EMR implementation and integrate with third-party systems (MSD, PACS, SMRP, DMS, LIS, etc).
• Provide on-site/off-site application support and troubleshooting.
• Review system logs, analyze network traffic, and troubleshoot issues.
• Handle installation of hardware/software and networking components.
• Liaise between hospital and system/solution vendors.
• Ensure systems are in good working order and well-documented with logs and license info.

• Involve in implementation of Hospital Information System (HIS) & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as well as integration with 3rd party systems (MSD, PACS, SMRP, DMS, LIS, etc)
• To provide on-site/off-site application support and troubleshooting.
• To review and analyze System Logs and scrutinize network traffic as well as troubleshooting.
• To handle implementation of system/solution and installation of hardware/software and networking components.
• To act as Liaison between Hospital and system/solution vendor.
• To ensure system/solution is in good working order
• To document service logs, keeping track of version upgrades and software licensing.
