Job summary

Media Smart Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a Hospital IT Support Analyst to join our team in Johor Bahru. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and Pharmacy Information Systems (PHIS). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

You will monitor HL7 interfaces, perform basic database queries in MySQL, and participate in business continuity procedures. On‑call support is required and an allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prefer candidates staying nearby Hospital Sultan Ismail, Tebrau (due to on‑call support after office hours).
• Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
• Basic knowledge of HL7 integration / messaging / LIS / PHIS.
• Familiar with Mirth Connect (interface engine).
• Experience with MySQL / database queries.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain hospital systems (HIS / LIS / billing).
• Monitor interfaces and integrations (HL7 messages).
• Develop change requests.
• Participate in Business Continuity Procedure.
• Provide on‑call support when required.
