Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Application Support professional to join its IT team in Kuala Lumpur. You will provide technical support, coordinate with testers, PMs and BAs, and help resolve incidents while maintaining clear customer communications.

You will also assist with system integrations, document procedures, and explain complex concepts to users with varying IT knowledge. Proactive collaboration and AD user management are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or comparable degree in IT/engineering required.
• Experience in application support and incident management is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server and operating systems is important.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the application support team and provide technical support for the system.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify root causes and design hotfixes.
• Liaise with external vendors for incident resolution.
• Manage communications during major incidents and changes.
• Assist with system integrations and documentation updates.
• Explain complex ideas to non-technical users clearly.
• Manage Active Directory and user provisioning.
