Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT support specialist to maintain and secure IT systems across hardware, software, and networks. You will manage Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory, monitor infrastructure, and back up systems while supporting ERP applications and coordinating with external vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or CS and a minimum of 3 years in IT support, with strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network and IT-related issues.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory and company IT systems.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, perform system backups and ensure cybersecurity best practices.
• Support ERP/business applications and liaise with external IT vendors when required.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records and assist in IT improvement projects.
