Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled ERP and business applications Coordinator to manage Level 1 support, coordinate issue resolution, and drive continuous improvement across ERP, WMS, and CRM environments.

The role requires 4+ years in ERP or related IT areas, strong SQL and data analysis skills, and excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. You will collaborate with users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in IT or related discipline.
• At least 4 years' experience in ERP, business applications, IT project coordination or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of ERP end-to-end business processes (sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, finance).
• Experience supporting ERP, WMS, CRM or other enterprise business applications.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 ERP support as first contact.
• Support end-to-end ERP processes including sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse and finance.
• Assess user-reported issues and perform initial investigation before engaging internal/external teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and business users to resolve application-related issues.
• Support ERP, WMS, CRM and other enterprise business applications.
• Track outstanding issues through resolution and closure.
• Identify recurring issues and work with vendors and stakeholders on solutions.
• Provide system guidance and support to business users.
• Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks and system issues.
• Gather information and understand the issue before escalating to vendors or other technical teams.
