Job summary

Optimum Infosolutions (M) SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Specialist to support Salesforce submissions, data management, and catalog updates across ecommerce and marketplace clients.

You will handle bulk content uploads, coordinate campaigns and GrabAds, manage merchant tickets, and work with Account Managers and internal teams to resolve issues. Strong Excel/Sheets and data-handling skills are essential; e-commerce/food delivery/retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in catalog management, product listing, menu management or content operations is an advantage.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data-handling skills.
• Experience with ticketing/helpdesk platforms is an advantage.
