Job summary

Optimum Infosolutions in Malaysia is seeking a content operations associate to support catalog management, product listing and menu updates for ecommerce projects. You will handle bulk uploads, data handling in Excel/Sheets, and coordinate with account managers.

You will also resolve merchant tickets using ticketing platforms and collaborate with internal teams. Prior experience in ecommerce or marketplace environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in catalog management, product listing, menu management or content operations is an advantage.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data-handling skills.
• Experience with ticketing/helpdesk platforms is an advantage.
• E-commerce, food delivery, retail or marketplace experience will be an added advantage.
