Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational activities, including merchant onboarding, inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, merchants, 3PL providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders for shipment schedules and delivery arrangements.
• Handle operational transactions and documentation through ERP/WMS systems, including inventory records and stock movements.
• Monitor inventory performance, stock accuracy, and operational KPIs while driving continuous improvements.
• Provide day-to-day support for merchants and internal teams, managing inquiries and troubleshooting operational issues.
• Conduct regular audits, stock takes, and compliance checks to maintain operational accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Logistics teams to support business growth.

What You’ll Do

As the main point of contact for our merchants, you will:

• Manage end-to-end operational activities, including merchant onboarding, inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, merchants, 3PL providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to oversee shipment schedules, delivery arrangements, inventory movement, merchant activation, and issue resolution.
• Handle operational transactions and documentation accurately through ERP/WMS systems, including inventory records, stock movements, merchant setup, compliance requirements, and operational reporting.
• Monitor inventory performance, stock accuracy, merchant activity, and operational KPIs, while driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide day-to-day support for merchants and internal teams by managing inquiries, troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating cross-functional resolutions, and ensuring timely execution of operational processes.
• Conduct regular audits, stock takes, reconciliations, warehouse visits, and compliance checks to maintain operational accuracy, regulatory adherence, and effective control of business assets.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Logistics teams to support business growth, inventory planning, merchant success, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
